Established in 2004, we have worked with small to medium businesses and understand a lot of their needs. We believe that we are a \u2018helping hand\u2019 giving them the support they need from their accountant, helping them to drive their business forward.<\/p>

We provide a personal service, and have both a friendly and approachable attitude. When you phone up, you will be able to speak with the same person for continuity. If that person is not available, you will receive a call back as soon as they are free.<\/p>

We work on a fixed fee basis, and our clients usually set up a standing order so that their payments can be spread over the 12 months, rather than them having to pay an annual fee in one payment.<\/p>

We can have weekly chats on the phone, and quarterly visits or a chat when necessary \u2013 at no extra cost.<\/p>

<\/span>We have worked with CPAccountancy since November 2013. Our job is a little complex because we import goods via Taiwan and China and incur import duty and import vat, sea freight and customs clearance charges.. Carolynne keeps her knowledge up to date with all the changes that take place with VAT legislation and handles our MTD for VAT returns and monthly payroll with auto enrolment excellently. We used to trade from Leigh, Lancashire and stayed with her even after our move to Scunthorpe.
I did not even consider to change as Carolynne is an essential part of my team. Due to our move, CPAccountancy now work remotely for us and everything is posted to them by courier on a quarterly basis and all our deadlines are always met on time. I Would highly recommend wihtout reservations, Carolynne is an essential part of our team and the service and comminication is absolutely perfect.
